Mission Statement

S&A Trading and Holding Co., Inc. was conceived on the assumption that there is intrinsic value, personal reward, and financial security in producing innovative products that offer customers more value than they expect to receive.  We are part of a much larger community to which we are compelled to act responsibly and consider the person and the environment in all of our business affairs.  Our central focus is the production and sales of high-quality beach and leisure wear and accessories, and those of us who are part of S&A Trading & Holding Co., Inc. have an obligation to ensure that each one of our products receives the utmost attention to detail during the manufacturing process, and that our customers receive the attention they deserve thereafter.

Shaun J. Flagel

Shaun Flagel is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of S&A Trading and Holding Co, Inc. Shaun created The Renaissance Bag with Aaron Liskovich. Shaun’s vision is to make S&A the standard for casual living and resort wear. Shaun has 16 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and 10 years in product sales. His experience in these industries has rolled-over into his position as CEO of S&A. Shaun has assembled a talented and highly diversified employee base. As the CEO/Sales Director of S&A, Shaun has a methodical approach to every aspect of the company. Shaun has the ability to motivate and inspire his vision in other people. He presents his creations with such enthusiasm that his audience can’t help being interested. Shaun pursues the highest of standards from the manufacturing floor to the delivery of S&A’s products. He also has an efficient approach to sales and marketing strategies. His main objective is to adapt to the ever changing needs of S&A’s customers.

Aaron Liskovich

Aaron Liskovich is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of S&A Trading and Holding Co, Inc.  As COO of S&A, Aaron manages the IT department for the company. He is also responsible for making sure the customers’ needs are met in a timely fashion. Aaron has a broad range of skills in the computer field. These skills range from graphic design to digital communication.  His primary focus is to establish and maintain a strong relationship with S&A’s current as well as future customers. As Chief Operating Officer, Aaron’s ultimate goal is to ensure S&A develops and upholds the standard for high-end casual living and resort-wear.

Carl Desserich

Carl Desserich is the Quality Control executive for S&A Trading and Holding Co, Inc. Carl manages the quality control and manufacturing procedures for S&A. His objective is to ensure the products of S&A are made at the highest level of quality.
Since 1978, Carl has worked in various industries as a quality control professional. He has worked for FAA- certified aircraft repair stations, defense contractors and other commercial industries. He has written several ISO9001-2000 and ISO 13485-2003 quality systems manuals. These manuals are certified with ISO/RAB Registrars.
